Welcome to Bellezza

Bellezza is the Italian word for expressing the quality of that which is beautiful. The beauty of an image, a work of art, a countryside. The beauty of discovering fascinating places like Portovenere and Cinque Terre.

Superyacht Berths near Portovenere

PortoMirabello is the ideal destination for a superyacht cruise in search of the “best anchorages” in the North Mediterranean. Protected by the Gulf of Poets and located in a highly treasured environment, the port is close to places of incredible historical value offering stunning views, like Lerici, Cinque Terre and Portofino. PortoMirabello is located only 3.5 NM from Portovenere, known worldwide for its authentic beauty. Portovenere doesn’t have sufficient infrastructure to accommodate superyachts, so PortoMirabello is its natural harbour, with berths designed specifically from a technological and logistical point of view to accommodate larger vessels.

Portovenere

Typical Ligurian village clinging to the coast, a place to get lost in and take in the beautiful architecture, like the Doria Castle located on a rocky outcrop. The fortress was built in the 12th-14th centuries (the exact date of construction is not known) and belonged to the Doria family, which played an important role in the history of the Republic of Genoa. From the castle you can enjoy incredible views of the sea and the ancient church of San Pietro.

You will enter the historical centre of Portovenere through the Borgo Gate which was built in 1113, while the nearby tower was built in 1161. Walking through the streets of the city centre, you travel back through time almost one thousand years! Portovenere, like all Cinque Terre, is not only to be admired but also to be tasted. The Ligurian dishes are simple yet rich in flavour, as are rich and full-bodied the wines like Sciacchetrà, featuring a golden yellow colour with amber hues, made from grapes left to dry under the September sun. Portovenere and the whole territory of the Cinque Terre have been included in UNESCO’s list of Heritage Sites. This is the beauty that you will be able to enjoy with every sense. The beauty of being a guest in one of the most prestigious Marina Hubs of the Mediterranean.

PortoMirabello. Much more than just a berth. Why not try?

Opened in 2010 and rapidly becoming the benchmark for superyachts in search of an exclusive setting and unique scenery, like Portovenere (only 3.5 nautical miles away) and the Cinque Terre:
PortoMirabello has a total of 407 berths for yachts longer than 12 meters, 100 of them for superyachts measuring 40 to 130 meters. The PortoMirabello area also offers its customers 1,300 private parking spots and 287 garages both in a covered structure and in front of the mooring. Each berth has at least one designated parking space. The concession for a berth in PortoMirabello lasts 60 years, a period of time in which the value is expected to grow.

Today more than ever securing a berth has become a priority: the global fleet of yachts is growing and is expected to increase exponentially in the future, especially larger sizes. Also, interest in purchasing berth contracts has increased significantly over the last six months.
