The Jazz season in the beautiful setting of Porto Mirabello is continuing with an exciting trio: Fabrizio Bosso (trumpet and horn), Alberto Marsico (Hammond organ), Alessandro Minetto (drums).

“Spirituals” is one of the most charming projects of Fabrizio Bosso, real trumpet jazz talent, which present himself in a trio with two fellow musicians from Piemonte. Since 2008, the three look for a sonority that would highlight the quality of the individual and their tastes in music. The common background was soon revealed to be the black music, the best opportunity to explore and revisit its roots. Hence is born this tribute to the gospel music played by the unique voice of the trumpet of Fabrizio Bosso and his new travel mates, a joyous and well controlled “joyful noise unto the Lord” looking for high spiritual tops while swinging with authoritative eloquence.
